His Adventure begins at 16 years old when he starts his studies at the Culinary School Le Cordon Bleu in Peru. He has experience in more than ten restaurants all over Mexico, Spain and Peru. At 21 years old, he makes his dream come true when he creates his first menu for “Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos´´ in Mexico. He has grown in experience thanks to different internships in well-known restaurants like Quique da Costa, Celler de Can Roca (Roca Brother´s Restaurant) both with 3 Michelin Stars; and Pakta (Barcelona) 1 Michelin Star.
IN 2015, at 25 years old, he moves to Madrid to lead Tiradito & Pisco Bar where he will create a menu that shows his Chef´s personality, introducing a kitchen´s technique that keeps the Peruvian flavor.
Persistence, hard work, and passion for the gastronomy and his country´s culture are a few of the adjectives that can be used to describe this young chef´s personality.
Soon after the opening of this restaurant he will be awarded with the Best Foreign Cuisine in Madrid by Metropoli Magazine.
He also worked as a JPR Restaurants Corporative Chef and, next to Jaime Pesaque, JPR Restaurants Chef and Owner, and they start opening restaurants like Piscoteket (Oslo), Pacifico (Milan), Provisiones (Lima), etc.
With a clear image of the business and a gastronomic personality he begins his European adventure opening new concepts, each one of them with a different “soul´´. Supported by a young team that, like him, they strive to grow, create, evolve and change.
